LD second phase (12/20/2007)

The preliminary works for the start of the second phase of the palace's reconstruction are underway. Five medieval cottages which are spreading all the way up to city promenade are going to get a new shine. Within the cottages, as a part of the Lešić Dimitri luxurious residences, guests will find a restaurant and a multi-treatment spa room. These facilities, complete with five-star service, will assure an extraordinary and unforgettable stay to our guests.

Villas Trsje

The Trsje Villas residential complex of three urban villas, located on Trsje above St. Duh in Zagreb, were Adria-Azija's first investment project in Croatia.

The three villas comprise 17 units of varying size – from 37 to 165 square metres. In addition to the pleasant surroundings, these units are well laid out with airy interiors, pleasant open spaces, and large covered terraces that provide plenty of daylight and magnificent views of Zagreb and its surroundings.

The villas were constructed with the use of ecological building materials that are harmless to the environment. As such, the architecture is completely harmonized with nature, while the use of wooden facings in the construction of the front façade.
