Adria-Azija d.o.o was founded in 2000 to conduct investment projects in Croatia. The company is owned by Land Concept International Limited Company from Hong Kong, which is ultimately owned by Michael and Maša Unsworth. Adria-Azija's total assets equals 45 million kuna (EUR 6.2 million). Adria-Azija is also the majority owner of Adria-Azija turizam d.o.o., founded to invest in tourist activities on the Adriatic coast.
Approach
As a company primarily focused on the development of high quality real estate and tourism projects, our goal is to actively participate in the further development of the Croatian economy through our activities and projects. We place special emphasis on top quality projects and high execution standards, something common to all members of the Adria-Azija group.
We are committed to act with a high degree of corporate social responsibility, with high ethical standards together with concern for the environment and preservation of the cultural heritage. We consistently invest in the wellbeing of the communities where we operate by supporting various social and sporting activities.

Adria-Azija Tourism was founded in 2004 as a vehicle for expanding Adria-Azija’s activities into tourism projects.
AA Tourism’s activities are oriented towards the promotion of new, high-quality tourist activities on the Adriatic coast and the restoration of existing buildings.
The owners of the company are Adria-Azija (81.4%), Land Concept International Limited (8.7%), Petar Toni Donati (8.7%), a Croatian citizen with permanent residence in London, and Dragan Jadrijev (1.2%), the company’s Managing Director. The company’s equity amounted to 17.3 million kuna (EUR 2.3 million)
