Villas Trsje

The Trsje Villas residential complex of three urban villas, located on Trsje above St. Duh in Zagreb, were Adria-Azija's first investment project in Croatia.

The three villas comprise 17 units of varying size – from 37 to 165 square metres. In addition to the pleasant surroundings, these units are well laid out with airy interiors, pleasant open spaces, and large covered terraces that provide plenty of daylight and magnificent views of Zagreb and its surroundings.

The villas were constructed with the use of ecological building materials that are harmless to the environment. As such, the architecture is completely harmonized with nature, while the use of wooden facings in the construction of the front façade.

Lešić Dimitri

Lešić Dimitri is named after a palace of the same name located in the beautiful centre of the Old Town of Korčula, adjacent to the Cathedral of St. Mark and the Marco Polo house.

The palace and five derelict medieval cottages that are associated with it are being reconstructed into the highest category luxury apartments and according to the highest conservation standards.

The palace is scheduled to open in April 2009.

Šešula Bay

Adria-Azija Tourism owns 32.000 square metres of stunning woodland in Šešula Bay on the beautiful and unspoilt island of Šolta and ideally located to Split’s first-rate transport connections. The land stretches along the picturesque shoreline, and located in a zone planned for tourist activities.
